This individual has the natural ability to anticipate a guest’s needs. They are both honest and thoughtful in their way of learning about the guest’s true nature…before keenly picking out the perfect memento, gift, closet staple or keepsake. They ensure that the retail space is a haven for curiosity, wonder, and must haves.
Requested Tasks
-Responsible for overseeing customer sales and relationship building
-Ensuring that the retail space is stocked, appropriately displayed and inventory is properly managed
-Inventory assessment and procurement
-Retail team management and mentoring
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience preferred
-Guest-centric personality; approachable and helpful
-Keen eye for detail and organization
-Able to multitask while staying organized and efficient
