• Strong clinical assessment, planning, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.

Education Requirements:

• Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Certifications & Licensure:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) as appropriate for the unit or service.
• Preferred: Specialty certification relevant to the unit or service.
