Overview: Nexus HR is looking for an experienced Physical Therapy Center Manager, for a reputable rehabilitation facility with locations in the following states: New Mexico, Arizona, California, Washington, Alaska, and Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and vision, enhancing team morale and retention.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies; collaborate with Human Resources as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing the center's fiscal budget and strategic plans, including marketing for referrals.
Foster strong relationships with physicians and payers; oversee clinical specialty programs as required.
Ensure profitability by interpreting financial statements and developing strategic plans for improvement.
Supervise Aide staff to deliver high-quality customer service and patient scheduling.
Maintain efficient caseload management and oversee staff training in clinical programs.
Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Participate in monthly staff meetings and ensure clinic cleanliness and professionalism.
Ensure adherence to state Practice Act and provide thorough documentation of patient care.
Maintain open communication with team members, patients, and third-party payers.
Stay current with continuing education requirements and healthcare industry changes.
Qualifications :
Graduate of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy programs in the US
Graduates from non-CAPTE programs with equivalent education are welcome to apply
Current licensure/registration as a Physical/Occupational Therapist in the State of California
At least one year experience in healthcare management is highly preferred
Valid CPR certification
Strong organizational time management, and communication skills
Leadership skills to effectively supervise assistants and aides
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
