A leading global gaming and entertainment company is seeking a Capture Artist / Assistant Director to join its growing creative media team. This role is perfect for a passionate gamer with technical know-how and a creative eye who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, gameplay, and production. You’ll collaborate with capture directors and artists to bring iconic franchises to life through cinematic gameplay footage, marketing assets, and cultural campaigns seen by millions of players worldwide. What You’ll Do Support Capture Directors with gameplay footage capture as a “player actor” for trailers, promos, and marketing assets. Serve as Assistant Director during shoots , managing details like loadouts, character pathing, and set decoration. Become the go-to expert on in-game debug systems, ensuring smooth execution during shoots. Set up kits, builds, and dev hardware for sessions; troubleshoot technical issues across PC workstations and consoles. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing feedback and maintaining high creative and technical standards. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of capture tech or related experience . Avid gamer across next-gen platforms and PC (familiarity with FPS franchises a strong plus). Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with debug systems, builds, and dev kits. Keen eye for composition, detail, and cinematic storytelling . Ability to multitask under deadlines, stay composed, and collaborate effectively. Excellent communication skills; open to feedback and constructive direction. Degree in film, media, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
