🏥 Travel ER RN – Nights | Level II Trauma | Providence Facility

Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care | 379 Beds
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12s Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Start: October 2025
Charting: Epic

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years recent ER experience (within past 12 months)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Ratios: 1:3
• Travel Experience: Required
• License: Compact RN license must be in hand at submission

📆 Scheduling Details:

• Weekend Requirement: 6 shifts per 6 weeks
  • (Friday & Saturday nights count as weekends)
• Block Scheduling: Required
• Holiday Requirement: Must work 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD)
• RTO Policy:
  • Max 7 days RTO
  • All RTO must be submitted at time of submission

🩺 Unit Details:

• Beds: 46
• Rooms: 42
• Daily Census: 136 ER visits
• Common Diagnoses:
  • Stroke, STEMI, NSTEMI, Chest Pain
  • Abdominal pain, SOB, Asthma, GU issues
  • Trauma, Lacerations, Headaches, Sore Throat
• Specialty Designations:
  • Comprehensive Stroke
  • STEMI
• Support Staff: Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary, Social Services
• Scrubs: Navy Blue for RNs
• Parking: Free – employee/visitor lots
• Floating: Not required between units but may float to sister facilities (mandatory if requested)

⚠️ Submission & Compliance Notes:

• Cannot submit to more than 1 Providence facility at a time
• Background: No Nursys or background check hits accepted
• Local Radius: 50 miles (locals accepted at lower bill rate )
• Return Staff Policy: Eligible to return after 3 months

• References: 2 supervisory references (within last 3 years) required before start
