We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Workday in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice .
Responsibilities: Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
Review and map Workday business processes.
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Advise clients on system services within the Workday application based on business process reviews.
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications: At least three years of experience as a Functional Lead in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrade.
Minimum of three full lifecycle implementations as a Functional Lead or Architect, with Workday Certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation (candidates without current certification must obtain it within three months of employment).
Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and Workday Compensation processes.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Ability to travel up to 70%.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
