Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential support to students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade in a full-time, contract role based in Gilroy, CA. This opportunity offers a dynamic school environment where you will deliver both in-person and teletherapy services, addressing the diverse needs of approximately 40 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services both on-site and through teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings or teletherapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students effectively.
• Comfort with digital therapy tools and platforms.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support students across TK-8th grade levels.

Position Details:

• Location: Gilroy, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM PST
• Contract Duration: Current school year (CSY), starting ASAP through the end of the school year, with strong potential for renewal for the 2026/2027 school year.
• Open to VOCO candidates.
