Job Description:
Morris School District 54 is seeking a reliable, friendly, and team-oriented Server to join our Food Service team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive lunch experience for students while ensuring cafeteria operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively with students and staff
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Previous food service or cashier experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Valid Driver's License

Duties:

• Rotate milk in milk coolers
• Count milk before service and after service daily
• Serve menu items during service
• Ensure serving lines are kept clean and presentable between lunch periods
• Breakdown and clean serving lines at the end of each day
• Overall cleaning of kitchen including, but not limited to mopping, sweeping and dishes
• Perform other duties as directed by the Food Service Director and/or Administration

Benefits and Compensation:

• Position is Part Time during the school year
• $15/hour
• Hours: 11:15am-2:15pm
• Not eligible for benefits
