We currently have an open position for a Senior Acoustics or Senior Audiovisual (AV) Designer in one of our key offices. As a Senior Designer, you will lead design efforts as a project manager or lead design for delivery of projects varying in complexity with minimal support required from senior staff. You will be responsible for working closely with a team of engineers and consultants to provide engineering solutions and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in engineering analysis, design, and implementation oversight of acoustics or audiovisual systems in buildings. This position will be expected to work within the project’s monetary budget, train, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Salary Range $101,000- $141,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
