Job Description

A full-semester contract position is available for a licensed Counselor to serve K-12 students in a school setting located in Delhi, NY. This role involves supporting both General Education and Special Education caseloads and requires expertise in guidance counseling and career/college planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students from diverse backgrounds including General Education, ASD, ED, BD, ID, and LD populations
• Deliver Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum across K-12 through one-on-one and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to address students academic and social-emotional needs
• Assist students with career exploration and college readiness planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Counseling certification or licensure
• Experience working with both General Education and Special Education students
• Proven ability to implement SEL curriculum effectively
• Skilled in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
• Preference given to candidates with virtual counseling experience and willingness to work onsite as required

Location: Delhi, New York
Contract Term: Full semester
