Civil Process Server- Ashland County - Provest, LLC

Job description:

We are looking for Process Servers- Ashland County area- must live in the state of OH.

ProVest is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, providing service of process and related services to many of the country's most notable law firms and financial institutions. We serve thousands of documents each year - ranging from foreclosure and collection proceedings to litigation and civil complaints. We are looking for self-reliant, results driven, personable people to work as independent contractors delivering legal documents. You drive your own car and set your own schedule (based on our flexible time parameters). We provide everything else you need.

We will provide walk-through and support as you learn to use our proprietary apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) on your smart phone to help record all your work, track your pay and even map your stops.

The key to success in earnings is simple:

• Be organized. Plan your route.
• Be pleasant and personable with the people you meet and to whom you deliver documents.

This is a great opportunity for people wanting a self-determined career path or just add some additional income and flexibility in their schedule. This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly!
Private Investigators, process servers, law enforcement agents are preferred

We will email documents for you to print, and/or overnight legal documents straight to your house. Feel free to visit our offices anytime for additional help or to use our facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule to be able to provide 5 varied service attempts at various times of the day and weekends
• You take pride in your work and you can connect with people, in person, on their doorstep.
• A desire to work variable hours, early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Must have your own reliable transportation, driver license, insurance server license if state required.
• Mobile App Aptitude – Everything is done in our mobile app.
• Access to a printer, computer, and scanner
• File/record documents at the recorder's office
• Request legal documents from court.

Pay: $60 per job completed.
