Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position in Mankato, MN offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students across two educational sites. Serving a K-8 caseload, this role provides direct therapy and evaluation services within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8 students across two locations
• Manage a caseload of 30-32 hours per week, focusing on individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and CCC certification, or SLPA certification accepted
• Experience working in school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques
• Ability to provide services via teletherapy is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility for schedulingeither four days per week (Monday-Thursday) or five days (Monday-Friday)

Work Details:

• Contract position for the 2024-2025 school year, with a potential renewal for 2025-2026
• Start date: ASAP through June 6, 2025
• No summer hours required
• Located in or near Mankato, Minnesota
• Commitment ranges from 30 to 32 hours per week across two sites
