Were looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team and oversee overnight operations.Position OverviewThe Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the days financial transactions, assisting late-night guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the resort during overnight hours. This role combines accounting accuracy with excellent guest service, making it critical to both our operations and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately reconcile and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and F&B sales.Generate, review, and distribute daily reports for management.Monitor resort property overnight, ensuring safety and security of guests and facilities.Provide front desk services during overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and responding to inquiries.Assist with reservation system updates, cancellations, and modifications.Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in compliance with accounting standards.Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Prepare the front desk and common areas for the next days operations.Support housekeeping and F&B teams by communicating special requests or next-day needs.QualificationsPrevious hospitality or accounting/audit experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Reliable transportation to and from the resort.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Work in a mountain environment with varying weather conditions.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($18 $21, based on experience).Employee discounts on accommodations, F&B, and resort experiences.Opportunities for growth within Harmony Hospitality Group.Be part of a dynamic team at Colorados newest luxury outdoor resort.
