Overview The Market Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing and maintaining brand visual standards across multiple retail and wholesale locations within a designated market. Based in the Moncler Miami Design District store, this role also provides support for nearby stores, ensuring consistency in product presentation, window displays, and in-store merchandising to drive sales and enhance the client experience. This position directly reports to the Store Manager of Miami Design District, with a dotted line into the Southeast Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and is responsible for approximately three (3) retail doors (Miami Design District, Bal Harbour, and Boca Raton). Your Impact Visual Merchandising Execution Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives through window installations, mannequin styling and product displays in retail stores and wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Refresh and update windows, mannequins, and key product areas based on seasonal changes, new arrivals, and campaigns. Create compelling product displays that drive customer engagement and sales. Partner with Store/Regional management on adjustments to VM, in line with brand guidelines, to drive business. Market Support Visit assigned stores regularly to assess and enhance visual merchandising standards. Train and support store teams on VM best practices, ensuring consistency across locations. Provide feedback and recommendations to corporate and regional teams on store needs and performance. Collaboration & Communication Partner with store management and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with business goals. Close partnership with store managers and store staff by sharing VM strategies and organization of monthly floor moves, and window installations. Train and develop all store associates, particularly VM Majors, on visual standards policies and procedures. Work closely with the regional and corporate visual team to execute brand campaigns effectively. Share insights on client behavior, product performance, and visual opportunities. Attend store visits and walkthroughs with corporate VM team. Operational & Reporting Responsibilities Ensure all visual merchandising updates are completed within the required timelines. Maintain VM tools, props, and supplies for effective execution. Document store visits, providing reports and photos to management. Photograph each visual merchandise presentation and display change. Professional Conduct & Teamwork Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the department and stores. Contribute to and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment in all stores. Lead by example and adhere to the company's policies and procedures. Travel And Schedule Requirements Up to 50% of travel is required (locally, domestically, and internationally as needed) and local travel requires reliable transportation. Must be willing to work based on business needs, with agility and flexibility (early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed). Must be willing to work additional hours with short notice, especially during new store openings/renovations and events. Education Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree is acceptable; portfolio to support previous work history is accepted. Work Experience 3+ years of retail visual merchandising experience is required (preferably in a multi-store role). Luxury retail experience is preferred. Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset, maintaining high ethical standards and quality in execution. Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and various visual merchandising tools. Physically able to support merchandising efforts, including occasional lifting and setup of displays and props.
