Job Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to support HR initiatives - transition from ADP to Workday.
Driving communication with all readiness activities
Help identify, mitigate, and/or resolve OCM based risks and issues
Help drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainment.
Provide regular communication through status reporting
Report into the overall change management leader.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Change Manager (Mid Level)
- Experience with an ERP/CRM implementation
- Experience with communication and training
- Experience surrounding readiness activities
- Ability to draft communications and work with project managers
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PROSCI Change Practitioner Certification
