Job Description

As a Legal Billing Coordinator, your responsibilities include providing clients with bills on a daily and monthly basis and auditing the books each month to ensure all bills and payments are correct. Responsibilities: Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Generating invoices and sending them to clients Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects Qualifications: Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required. Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
