Job Opportunity: General Manager – High-End Boutique Steakhouse
Location: Ashburn, Virginia

Are you a polished and experienced leader ready to take the reins of a premium-casual, high-end boutique steakhouse? We are seeking a General Manager to oversee a $5M operation in Ashburn, VA. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of culinary professionals, including executive chefs, pastry chefs, a sales director, and subordinate managers, in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of this premium steakhouse concept. You will be responsible for:
• Overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Leading and mentoring a full culinary team, including executive chefs and pastry chefs, to maintain the highest standards of food and presentation.
• Collaborating with the sales director to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
• Managing a team of subordinate managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining financial oversight of a $5M operation, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Upholding the brand’s reputation for premium dining in a polished, upscale environment.
