We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales And Social Media Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue as well as create and post marketing campaigns on our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Generating online and offline foot traffic through social campaigns, ads and effective posting strategies
• Tracking this traffic and exploring opportunities for growth
• Growing and managing our email and/or cell phone lists through social campaigns, ads and effective posting strategies
• Keeping our business ahead of the competition by staying on top of trends and changes, and thinking outside of the box when it comes to standing out and effectively using digital tools
• Fully owning and managing our social media accounts and online brand
• Increasing brand awareness through consistent language, graphics, claiming and optimizing
• Increasing store exposure online through consistent posting, responding and relationship building

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
