Job Opening: Experienced Computer & Experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Are you a highly skilled and experienced tech who loves solving complex hardware and software issues on computers as well as cell phones? Geekmatics.com is expanding our team and looking for a motivated, experienced, no training or supervision needed, Repair Technician who can repair computers and phones with a focus on exceptional customer service!

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in repairing a wide range of computers (PC/Mac) and cell phones (iOS/Android).
• Onsite Capability: Preference will be given to candidates who can confidently perform onsite repair and troubleshooting visits at customer locations.
• Microsoldering experience is a significant plus.
• Customer Focused: Must be a genuine "people person" with excellent communication skills and a professional, clean-cut appearance.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.
• Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid, clean driver's license.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for computers and mobile devices.
• Perform component-level repairs where applicable.
• Manage a queue of repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate estimates and repair progress clearly with customers.
• Handle onsite service calls professionally and independently.
