Dueall Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and seasoned individual to join our team. In the Estimator 2 role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable bidding, and supporting the pre-construction team with precise budgeting and planning. Your role requires a strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and industry’s best practices. By collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, you will help drive project success from the initial planning phase through execution.

At Dueall, we specialize in comprehensive exterior remediation and restoration. • Identify scope gaps or drawing inconsistencies and escalate for resolution.
  • Subcontractor Communication & Bid Tracking: Solicit, log, and organize subcontractor and supplier bids. Follow up bid coverage and clarify basic scope questions, routing complex issues to the Senior Estimator. Maintain subcontractor bid logs and ensure bid files are up to date.
  • Estimate Input & Data Entry: Enter quantities, unit prices, and vendor quotes into the estimating system or spreadsheets. Assist in assembling the final estimate and pricing summary for internal review.

  • You tackle challenges with positivity, optimism, and people say you thrive under pressure.
  • You go the extra mile for clients and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You solve problems before they become obstacles.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, your words inspire and clarify, fostering strong relationships.
  • You inspire others through leadership and lead by example.

Why you’re great for this role:

  • 5 years of experience in construction or estimating
  • Working knowledge of residential construction, business process, and software systems preferred
