We’re currently hiring  entry-level candidates who are motivated, outgoing, and ready to gain real-world experience in  event marketing, brand promotion, and fundraising . No previous experience is required — we provide  paid training and hands-on mentorship .

Role Overview

As an  Entry-Level Event Marketing & Outreach Associate , you will represent our organization and nonprofit partners at live events, pop-up campaigns, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to break into  marketing, events, promotions, or nonprofit fundraising while developing leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charity partners at live events and promotional campaigns

• Engage with the public to share campaign goals and fundraising initiatives

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site operations

• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness

• Build strong connections with community members and event participants

• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for entry-level candidates who are:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people

• Interested in  marketing, events, fundraising, or communications

• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Reliable and available for an immediate start

Experience in marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
