This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working at live events, interacting with people, and learning hands-on skills in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement. No experience required — paid training provided.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns
Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner
Share information about nonprofit partners, programs, and initiatives
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination
Maintain a positive, welcoming, and mission-focused environment at each event
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, positive, and eager to learn new skills
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and motivated to make an impact in the community
Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Passionate about charity work, community involvement, and helping others
