This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working at live events, interacting with people, and learning hands-on skills in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement. No experience required — paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns

  • Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner

  • Share information about nonprofit partners, programs, and initiatives

  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination

  • Maintain a positive, welcoming, and mission-focused environment at each event

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations

  • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
