RaceChoice.com is a fast paced, high-growth eCommerce company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EE-commerce Listing Manager to help us scale across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, customer-centric,organized, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilites:
Product Listing Creation & Management
- Enter new product data (titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, UPCs, attributes, etc.) into marketplaces or CMS platforms.
- Upload product images, ensuring correct size, format, and compliance with marketplace image guidelines.
- Assign categories and subcategories based on product type and SEO strategy.
- Manage product variations (color, size, style, etc.) and ensure accurate parent-child relationships.
- Create and maintain custom fields, bullet points, and feature highlights.
- Update or bulk-edit listings using flat files, CSV uploads, or API tools.
- Cross-list products across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
Data Accuracy & Maintenance
- Audit existing listings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Correct discrepancies between product data sources (ERP, PIM, or supplier data).
- Monitor and fix listing errors, suppressed listings, or compliance violations.
- Maintain up-to-date pricing, availability, and inventory levels.
- De-duplicate or merge redundant listings.
- Track product IDs (ASINs, MPNs, UPCs, etc.) and ensure proper mapping.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Research and integrate relevant keywords into titles and descriptions.
- Optimize product titles, bullets, and descriptions for both human readability and search ranking.
- Add or improve backend keywords (e.g., Search Terms).
- Format listings with HTML or platform-specific markup for better presentation.
- Test and refine A/B versions of copy and images to improve conversion rates.
Image & Media Management
- Rename and organize product image files logically (SKU-based or product-based).
- Upload or replace images according to platform specs (size, white background, image count, etc.).
- Coordinate with photographers or graphic designers for image updates.
- Add lifestyle images, infographics, or videos to enhance listings.
Inventory, Pricing & Feed Management
- Sync data between marketplaces and internal systems (ERP, inventory software, etc.).
- Monitor inventory feeds for failed updates or quantity mismatches.
- Adjust prices manually or via pricing automation tools.
- Manage promotional pricing, coupons, and discounts.
Technical & Administrative Tasks
- Use flat files, bulk upload templates, or APIs to manage data efficiently.
- Validate and troubleshoot data import/export issues.
- Generate reports on listings, sales, or errors.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations to ensure data flow is correct.
- Document processes and maintain a listing SOP library.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure listings meet each marketplace’s policy (image rules, prohibited content, etc.).
- Identify and resolve suppressed or flagged listings.
- Perform routine QA checks after bulk uploads or edits.
- Review customer feedback for potential listing improvements.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and prevent policy violations (e.g., MAP compliance).
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Communicate with the purchasing team for new SKUs or discontinued items.
- Coordinate with marketing to align product data with campaign goals.
- Work with customer service to update listings based on common inquiries or returns.
- Collaborate with vendors or suppliers to obtain accurate product specs.

Candidate Should Have:
- eCommerce experience, with a focus on product catalog management, website merchandising, and product launches
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-directed and effective in fast-paced environments with multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with bulk upload templates
- High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
- Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements when needed
