Job Description

LHH is seeking an Interim Corporate Paralegal that will assist the legal department for a national corporation with contract management, compliance tracking, and corporate filings on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an in-house legal department for a corporation (i.e. e-commerce, tech, investment).

Benefits

• Pay ranges from $30.00 - $55.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
• Maintain corporate records and manage databases.
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management
• Support compliance and regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Required Skills

• Experience as an in-house Paralegal working with the Legal department in a corporate setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
