Job Description - Runs point on proposals, from reviewing RFPs to organizing content and producing polished, compliant submissions
- Creates graphics, layouts, and presentation materials, mainly using InDesign
- Pulls technical info from different team members and turns it into clear, cohesive writeups
- Manages marketing materials like resumes, project profiles, social posts, brochures, and website updates
- Maintains CRM data and industry contact lists
- Coordinates interviews, client meetings, company events, and trade show booths
- Supports preconstruction with bid submissions
- Handles branding items like signage and jobsite graphics
- Keeps communication flowing between internal teams and clients
- Steps in on urgent tasks when the team needs extra hands
