As a Composites Manufacturing Engineer at Poseidon Aerospace, you will be responsible for the reliable manufacture of composite structures for our aircraft. You will take concepts from theory to reality by developing practical, efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Develop composite manufacturing and prototyping processes that enable rapid iteration and efficient production.

• Perform composite layups and prototype new ideas directly, working hands-on to validate concepts.

• Build reliable, flight-ready composite structures for aircraft applications.

• Create and refine production-ready manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and repeatability.

• Drive improvements in composite manufacturing to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Ideal Qualifications

• Extensive experience in composite manufacturing, particularly with thin-walled structures or novel aerospace applications.

• Skilled at hands-on work with composites and maintaining attention to detail throughout the production process.

• Proven experience in developing and optimizing production processes, including integrating design improvements to support manufacturing.

• Familiarity with the design and fabrication of deployable or lightweight composite structures.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
