Job Overview

Our client is a nationally recognized wealth management firm headquartered in St. Louis, known for delivering holistic financial planning tailored to the unique needs of highincome professionals and business owners. They are looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the next evolution of talent, culture, and organizational excellence as the firm expands toward becoming a billiondollar, peoplefirst, performancedriven enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and ELT to build and execute a longterm people strategy that supports scalable growth while maintaining cultural integrity.
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design across a multientity, complex organizational structure.
  • Foster and sustain a hightrust, highaccountability culture grounded in core values and aligned with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
  • Create systems for recruitment, goal setting, and performance management to ensure the organization consistently places the right people in the right seats.
  • Oversee marketdriven, performancelinked compensation and total rewards frameworks to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and alignment across all business units.
  • Maintain bestinclass policies, compliance, and HR governance across federal, state, and entityspecific regulations.
  • Modernize HR operations, technology, and analytics to deliver actionable insights for leadership and enterprise decisionmaking.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on all matters related to people, culture, and organizational health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Masters preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in a senior or enterpriselevel position.
  • Proven success leading people strategy in a growing, performancefocused organization.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and entities.
  • Experience with EOS or similar operating systems strongly preferred.
  • Background in HR tech implementation, data analytics, and automation.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and executive presence.
