About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership in technology, security, and IT operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and enhancing IT systems, organizational structure, and security posture to ensure they align with business objectives. This pivotal role involves leading efforts to strengthen and monitor cybersecurity and risk management strategies, providing executive-level guidance on IT operations and future technology investments, and collaborating with external partners to resolve security-related issues. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior technology executive, with a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and incident recovery. The role requires the ability to assess and optimize IT organizational structure and performance, as well as experience with Microsoft-based environments and Cisco ASA Firewall. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in IT projects, and be adept at delivering actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in an advisory capacity are essential for this long-term contract role.
