Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services throughout the state of New Jersey . Our mission is to deliver individualized, high-quality care that supports meaningful progress for those we serve in the ABA community.
We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
In-person services are required , with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings .
Duties:
Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
Skills:
Ability to build strong and supportive relationships with others
Ability to adapt to ABA procedures that respect cultural diversity
Possess exceptional written and verbal skills
Detail oriented
Strong interpersonal and writing skills
BCBA Job Requirements:
Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States
Master’s Degree
1+ years of experience
8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred
Job Type:
Part-time / Full-Time Opportunities Available
Schedule: Flexible; based on client availability
Location: Dependent on client location (Hybrid, In-Person, and Remote options available)
Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
