Source, interview, and match candidates to open positions

Manage candidate lifecycles and administrative duties with finesse

Conduct orientations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Collaborate with sales to expand business opportunities and customer relationships

What you need to qualify:

A High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Fluent in both Spanish and English, required

Experience in temp staffing


Windows and Microsoft Office adept - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.

Willing to travel locally to support recruiting, sales, and other operational needs

Availability to work on-site Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Open to occasional work outside the typical workday to support customer needs
