Job Description
Secure Today Financial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Team Support Specialist to join our office on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional who has prior office or administrative experience and is looking for a steady position. You will provide essential support to our team by managing organizational tasks, assisting with data management, and helping at evening events.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize, file, and maintain confidential client records and office documents
· Perform accurate data entry and updates in CRM (Redtail)
· Prepare and assemble client and event folders, reports, and meeting materials
· Assist with basic Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, including formatting and editing
· Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth team operations
· Attend and support two evening events per week (training provided)
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of office, administrative, or clerical experience (financial services or professional office setting preferred)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook )
· Familiarity with CRM systems (Redtail experience preferred; training will be provided)
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
Schedule:
· Part-time (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
· Required availability for two evenings per week to support events (schedule provided in advance)
· On-site at our Fort Lauderdale office
